President Donald Trump will hold back-to-back rallies in Iowa and Kansas on Sunday after first canceling them in favor of phone “telerallies.” The reversal comes as a new poll shows Republican Sen. Roger Marshall trailing in Kansas. Trump insists the change had nothing to do with his health: “I feel perfect.”
