At MAGA Media Hub we keep things simple. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how to opt out. If anything here is unclear, email us at privacy@magamediahub.com.

What we collect

Email address & name — only when you submit them via a form (newsletter, poll vote, article like, exit modal).
IP address and User-Agent — recorded with each submission to prevent abuse and enforce a vote-per-person limit.
Cookies — a small cookie tracks that you've already voted on a given poll (so we don't show the form again). Standard Laravel session cookies are used to keep the site working.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers or analytics SDKs that follow you across sites.

How we use it

Send you the daily brief and priority alerts you signed up for.
Count poll votes and display aggregate results.
Keep the site reliable and fight spam / abuse.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data.

Third parties we rely on

Email delivery — outbound email goes through our SMTP provider. Only your email address and name reach them, for the purpose of sending you a message.
Poll generation — poll questions are drafted with OpenAI's API. Your personal data is never sent to OpenAI; only the topic brief and (optionally) existing poll titles.

Your choices

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link that works instantly.
Ask us to delete your record at any time by emailing the address below — we'll confirm within a few business days.
You can clear the cookies set by this site in your browser settings at any time.

Children

This site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we'll update this page and bump the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will also be announced in the daily brief.
