The criminal referral is based on a devastating email from February 2020 where Fauci acknowledged to British medical researcher Jeremy Farrar that scientists “were concerned about the fact that upon viewing the sequences of several isolates of the nCov there were mutations in the virus that would be most unusual to have evolved naturally in the bats and that there was a suspicion that this mutation was intentionally inserted.”

The email continues with Fauci stating: “The suspicion was heightened by the fact that scientists in Wuhan University are known to have been working on gain-of-function experiments.” This directly contradicts Fauci’s sworn testimony to Congress where he categorically denied that the NIH funded any gain-of-function research in Wuhan, proving he committed perjury under oath.

Years of Documented Lies Finally Exposed

During a heated July 2021 Senate hearing, Paul confronted Fauci about his false statements, with Fauci arrogantly responding: “Senator Paul, I have never lied before the Congress and I do not retract that statement… Senator Paul, you do not know what you are talking about, quite frankly.” This condescending response to legitimate oversight questions now appears even more outrageous given the email evidence proving Fauci’s deception.
